Mr. Bairavan Babu’s journey began with a profound and intense passion to serve the nation, which led him to join the Indian Air Force at a young age. This led him to become a social entrepreneur. He pursued further academic qualifications, including an MA in English, alongside gaining communication expertise from international forums since 1993. His deep-rooted understanding of community needs and his exposure to global educational methodologies inspired him to work on community development projects for a decade. His focus was on teaching, training, motivating, and empowering individuals to become self-reliant.
In 2004, Mr. Bairavan’s vision to make quality education accessible to a broader audience came to fruition with the launch of Advance Academy. With a wealth of experience in various training methodologies, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and blended learning, Mr. Bairavan and his academy have trained over 2,000 learners, ranging from teenagers to senior citizens. The focus has been on improving English proficiency through internationally recognized resources like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and Cambridge Language programs.
